Shipping 

At Julien Marciano, every order is handled with care and efficiency. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing
• Express Shipping: 2-4 business days after processing

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure fast fulfillment. We are unable to make changes or cancellations after checkout. Please verify your shipping details before completing your purchase.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows a delay or your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at julien@julienmarciano.com with your order number. We'll work directly with our carriers to locate and resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To begin a return, email julien@julienmarciano.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond with return instructions.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Returns must include original packaging if applicable
• Final sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
