When will my order ship?

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order leaves our studio, you'll receive a tracking email with real-time updates.

How long does delivery take?

Domestic orders within the U.S. typically arrive 3–7 business days after shipping, but be mindful of delays. 

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Because each order begins processing immediately, we're unable to make changes or cancellations once placed. Please review all details carefully before checkout.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, contact us at julien@julienmarciano.com and we'll guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
